100% recommend! I purchased this product because of the good reviews. My granddaughter is 3 yo. and a serious thumb sucker while holding the same blanket since birth. I painted her thumbs at night while she was asleep at night. On day 1, I painted her thumb nails during the day, so that she could c it was awful tasting. Nevertheless, I tasted it first. The taste stays in your mouth for a really long time, yuck . The habit was broken for sure by day 3. But to make sure, I continued painting her thumb nail for a week. It been 2 weeks and she doesnt even think about sucking her thumb nor her blanket. Even while she sleeps. However, after a bath or alot of hand washing, it will need to be reapplied because it washes off. No worries if you forget because they wont forget the taste lol. Her teeth were forming as a thumb sucker. I had to try something NOW. Please try this product 1st. :)

Did it work? Absolutely! Would I recommend for others with similar problems? Yes most certainly. She had a very exaggerated reaction but in a good way. Each time she went to chew her nails she acted like she had taken a bite of something spicy and immediately ran to me for a drink. After the third try she stopped biting them. I did not realize how often she bit her nails and to top it off it has added vitamin e to help strengthen and repair her nails. 10 out of 10 could not be more pleased with this order.

Probably the best product on the market. I have tried more than 5 other similar products, and the effect is noticeable. By 2 year old, was biting his nails, and when i used other products or even hot peppers, he was just laughing. Like he didn’t like it but he still kept doing it. He was thinking it would be funny with this one as well, but the moment he tried it he was disgusted. I did try it too, the taste is just simply disgusting…. Recommend for sure !

I'm not giving this a bad rating just because it didn't work for my daughter. Nothing... and I mean nothing worked to get her to stop sucking her finger. We had to do something a little unconventional... lol. But I tested it on myself and it's disgusting. So I'm sure it would work on the right kiddo.

My four-year-old is a nail-biter and this product has tremendously helped with that habit! My two year-old also has a thing for putting toys in his mouth, especially small parts. I decided to take a few toys that he likes to continuously put in his mouth and used this product on them and he has since stopped! I’d say this was a great buy!

This stuff tastes terrible and lingers 😅 it does act as a deterrent for any nail biting when kids are bored or just fingers in mouths. It definitely does not taste good! I’m not sure how long it lasts though, at least for a day or so.Beware as the one applying it too- it will also get on your nails 😬

Necesitas ser consistente, para mi hijo no funcionó muy bien, creo que se acostumbró al sabor o solo espera a que se le baje el sabor para volver a chuparse el dedo.
