The media could not be loaded. We got our sofa delivered yesterday, earlier than expected, it was bigger than I expected but love how big it is! It's firm but still comfy, i got the exact colour I asked for, the only problem is the sofa feet are black & the puffet feet are silver, the quality & fabric is absolutely amazing, it was worth every single penny!! When I contacted the seller, replies was prompt. I would highly recommend the seller & this sofa!!! Thank you so much x

I love this sofa! Had a call booking the delivery in (day/am or pm) and to my delight it was earlier than expected, a call on the day from the drivers to give me a 2 hour window and a call to confirm they were on schedule, Delivery team also helped us bring all 5 component's inside to the living room. The sofa is great value for money and looks great, as with previous reviews it is a very firm sofa, the back cushions are well filled and plump and the bottom foam cushion is firm but will soften over time I’m sure. The sofa was easy to put together and the material is good quality, overall id say great value for money and I can’t fault the service.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYhad there sofa just over 3 months within 1 month cushions and seating area cushions all started to dip and now the sofa is falling apart which I have noticed today !!!To top it of with pictures sent and numerous emails to them they have stopped responding to me which I think is appalling service

This unit is gorgeous.The delivery team were excellent and helped to ensure the product was put in the right area of my home.The size is just perfect and the chenille texture is lovely. The colour is also a beautiful mix between cream and grey chenille. A light truffle!The delivery also came 4 days earlier then expected which was a lovely Suprise x

We recently purchased the Alaska Truffle U-Shaped Corner Sofa with Large Footstools for our new home, and we couldn’t be happier! The sofa is absolutely stunning—spacious, stylish, firm, and incredibly comfortable. It’s already become the centerpiece of our living room.The customer service was brilliant from start to finish. We did experience a small hiccup when the wrong color (cream instead of grey) was initially delivered, but the issue was handled quickly and professionally. The team arranged for an exchange, and within just two days, we had the correct sofa delivered.The delivery drivers were outstanding—polite, efficient, and careful in handling the furniture. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free.We highly recommend Sofa Superstore, and the excellent service that came with it. A fantastic experience all around!

I abso love my new sofa… I still can’t believe how nice it is considering the price.. the delivery men was lovely helped carry it into where it was meant to go. Aj and his friend really polite and helpful. But definitely recommend this sofa and company !!

Im not at all happy with this company! I was not sent the sofa in the image that I purchased.I have now been refunded, I have been given 2 separate collection dates for this sofa to be picked up, and I’m now being ignored by the company.This company is providing poor quality copies of the advertised image, avoid at all costs!!Below are some of my issues -1. In the image the sofa has silver feet, my sofa has came with 1 silver foot and the rest are black?2. Sofa in the image shows little lips around the cushions. Mine does not have.3. The cushions do not fit the shape of the sofa,4. The cushions do not fit the covers, even with manipulation of the inserts there’s still gaps!5. There is a staple sticking out of the front of the sofa, I cut my leg on it while moving it. Health and safety hazard!!The stitching is horrendous and the fabric is cheap feeling.

Nice quality sofa.. bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Cushions are relatively firm as expected with a new sofa.. will soften over time, my only complaint is that the foot stalls top and bottom are not connected but that can easily be remedied at home if you want them attached. The seller is excellent, i contacted them in regards to a different colour than advertised and they messaged advising all the colours they had available, they then arranged delivery within 48hours from me ordering.
