ThermaCare heating patches are life-changing. I started using these in the hospital for pain and purchased more after discharge. They take ~ 20 min to get fully warm but last me 8-12 hrs. I use them direct on skin or over clothing depending on what I’m wearing and doing. I highly recommend.

While pregnant I’ve experienced a lot of lower back pain. Usually I will use a heating pad to help with the pain when I’m at home, but my back would also hurt while I was at work and nothing I did helped. Did some looking around and found these so I gave them a shot and oh my goodness they helped out so much. They don’t get too hot so you don’t have to worry about it being too hot for the baby. The heat they put off was just right. They stayed in place through my full 8 hour shift.

I think these every month due to my lower back pain. The heat is the only thing that keeps me functionable at work. So avoid taking medicine out just put one of these on and I’m good to go. It doesn’t take the pain away, but it becomes manageable so that you can get things done. The patches has been a lifesaver for me.

Total error on my part not reading the description enough, but these are actually "wraps" that go around the waist and fasten over the stomach as opposed to the sticky lidocaine back patches. These are like the portable hand and feet warmers that activate when shaken and provide heat. I tried them and they do heat up so it's nice having that when on the go versus a heating pad, but I prefer the lidocaine patches. I am a bit "thick" so the bands are tight. Again - that's on me, not the product. These may work great for some, just not what I need.

These heat wraps work well to relieve back pain and work many hours to relieve pain and relax muscle spasm the Velcro keeps the wrap in place.

love these things! And they are very affordable. Sometimes at night I have such pain in my lower back from post C-section that it's hard for me to get comfortable. The heating pad doesn't work because you have to shift around while you sleep and you can't really wake up and move it around but this thermacare stay in place. I get the extra large and I can wear it like a belt around my back, hips and sleep comfortably and it works the entire night! I love these instant heat patches. No Menthol, no smell. The second you open up it activates it and it starts getting hot and you just stick it on your back or wherever you need it. There's a sticking on each side and it literally stays on you. It does not come off. And it is good for 12 hours and it is such A relief especially when you're Post c section back pain. I used every time when my back feels stiff and tense before I start my period. I wish this was much affordable other than this is excellent product. It’s compact and easy for traveling. Quality is excellent. Highly recommended !
