Don’t be put off!
I’ve had this cooker for a few weeks now and it’s a really good oven. It doesn’t come with a cable, but I used my one that was already installed as i had an electric oven previously and took about 10 mins to connect it up and get it going. So easier if you’ve had electric prior. The instructions tell you to put it on max heat when you first buy it with no food inside, so if you don’t read instructions just remember to do that. The oven comes with a timer, so you need to put it to the time you’re looking at and press the middle 3 lines and you’re good to go. Otherwise it’ll time itself out and you need to reset the timer which isn’t the end of the world. I bought the 60cm one and it’s gracious in space, it doesn’t take a little time to heat up but I’m only assuming it’s because it’s new. It came with a tray too and it’s quite quiet, I used the Amazon haul away service to take my trusty 16 year old oven away after it finally gave in which didn’t cost anything extra and I didn’t have the old oven lying around waiting. Overall it’s a good electric cooker that does what you need it to do, don’t be put off by the bad reviews.

Not fit for purpose avoid avoid avoid
Oven looks fine, it's a bit fiddly to install due to the odd connections, it does not come with a cable. The hob seems mostly fine. The main oven however is a joke, as reported in other reviews if you have at max temperature for around 20mins or so, it will switch itself off, the seems to be some kind of safety feature to prevent overheating. Which for an oven seems to be a ridiculous design flaw. If the max temp is dangerous, why allow that setting? It makes no sense. As I'm in the UK I had the oven installed by an electrician, this was around £100. I will be refunding / returning this oven but only once amazon agree to pay for installation fee. Also in order to not be without an oven for weeks, I need to reorder a new oven, and have that fitted before sending this back, again at my expense. There are better ovens at the same price, with basically the same features, don't get this one. I do have other hisense products and have been generally happy with them. But an overheating oven is not acceptable.Avoid.

Stylish, Easy to Use, Great for a big family, a joy to cook on
The media could not be loaded. We have had this cooker for over 6 months now and it has been fantastic for our family of 5. I was looking for one that was wider than the 50cm so the gaps weren't big either side of the cooker. I like how wide this is and the oven space. I use the oven everyday and the hob multiple times a day. Because the bottom oven is so big, I haven't needed to use the top. I can fit multiple items on the three shelves. I like how stylish it is and how it goes with my kitchen. The oven isn't noisy either and warms up quickly. My food is evenly cooked. I cook with stainless steel and cast iron on the hob and again food is evenly cooked. I need to find a tutorial though to help me keep the hob looking nice. The cooker was installed by an electrician and he didn't seem to have any problems installing it. We have been able to use it no problem without instructions. It is value for money, sturdy and very practical. With 3 children, it is easy for things to be split on the top or down the glass when we are cooking together but the cooker is easy to wipe down. The metal shelves are easy to remove to clean to. I would recommend this cooker.

A fiddley install
Bought this as a replacement cooker for the one we had go on us upon arrival soon realised that this although a good cooker soon started to show us that it was going to be a nightmare to install firstly had all the correct cabling and everything to go with it but when wiring it up you had to firstly make sure that the cable would bend and 10mm is not the easiest by any stretch of the imaginationeven if you are quite competent at wiring this is a challenge even when I had someone come out to do it they said it was a bad design although the cooker itself was very good within 15 mins he had it in and up and running which was a bonus and the electrictian didn't charge a rediculous among for the service so all was good when we came to use it we found the hobs are very quick to heat up and cook something just an example done an egg sarnie from turning the hob on to sitting down to eat it not 10 mins had passed so that was excellent to start each hob heats up just as quick and will easyily boil 1.5 LTRs of water in 6 to 7 mins I.e water for boiling potatoes/veg very quick compared to traditional gas which can take 20 mins so have to say quite impressive the job dials go round to no 6 which normally you just get an increasing scale that resembles an arrow they are very smooth and pricise well manufactured the top oven is a traditional which you can use in a number of ways top heat bottom heat or both have used the grill which seems slow but it does cook toast evenly and to a good colour the oven itself can be used if you don't want to use the main which we will come to in a bit it heats up as you would expect temp range from 60 degrees all the way up to 250 degrees and you have the added benefit of a light in there to help with seeing what is going on now for the main oven which is fan assisted this is quite good it does give the heat required but I do have an oven temp gauge and put this in and it does seem to be about 10 degrees out which although not bad is worth the mention as it could be critical if yo need food to cook at a certain temperature but I also have a lava stone which I put in my oven and this helps I use mine to cook pizza and bread which is fantastic but that's on another order which I did back to the cooker, the over all build quality is some what flimsy it does damage very easily so you will need to be careful with it but it is sturdy and will not tip too easy but it does come with the wall anchors should you wish to use them between the 2 ovens you do have 3 shelves which you can place where you want for your style of set-up over all the size of this item is good but if you have a galley kitchen please check the size before hand and make sure it will fit I would say that this is good value for money and probably better than some of the other brands but first impression is that it's going to be a good investment as time goes I will add to this review just to elaborate on how good or bad it is but so far it has a thumbs up from me
