Very user-friendly and sturdy.
It worked fine. The remote is sturdy enough. It is user-friendly. The size is very convenient for our hands and it is not too big.

Remote problem
Purchased two light and a fan model in 2021. Product is good and working fine. Humming sound is there for fan at low speeds. Remote is not working now. Its IR transmitter is continuously flashing. Like to know wheather it is repairable or only remote is available as replacement.

Reliable Convenient Easy to Install
The media could not be loaded. A very useful product, for situations where the installed electrical switches are at inconvenient location or gets hidden behind some furniture. This switch can be installed easily without altering the wiring. The remote is of very good quality. The inbuilt fan regulator can control fan speed very efficiently. Using this product since few months and it's absolutely trouble free. It's great value for money.

Poor Variable Speed Control.
The product works as expected but the variable speed control or fan regulator function is very poor. It controls the speed from 0 to 7 as speed 0% to speed 40% then when you switch to 8 the speed reaches 100% suddenly.

Worth the amount you pay
I have been using this product for quite sometime now. No issues whatsoever with the product planning to buy more for other parts of my home.

Best product but check the board where you need before purchasing
Product is awesome considering the features it provides. Remote works fine within a 15 ft range. Instructions are good and makes it easy to install. I did it myself.Fitting-I specifically ordered modular switch but when tried to fit it was challenging.When it did not fit properly into the box sockets i had remove other switch and then adjusted it with support. Including the existing switch picture where it did not fit properly. So please check your current modular board if its matching then only order it. Only for this reason reducing rating to 4 star.
