Bakers Joy Cake Pan Spray 2 Pack

wish I had discovered this years ago. This might not be the cheapest place to buy this but it was a great start and now I keep it stocked and have gifted it to other stubborn old bakers.

I'm a home baker and always trying to improve my skills. I'd recently had two bundt cakes completely fail to release from the pan (despite a half-dozen previous successes). I decided to give the Baker's Joy a shot and it's worked fantastically well. I've had pretty good results in the past with butter/shortening/flour on my pans but this is significantly easier and far less messy. It's helped release two cakes and impressively a whole 8x8" pan of brownies just fell right out of the pan after a light coating with Baker's Joy. Amazon's price seems a bit steep, but admittedly I've never looked at the price in a grocery store, so maybe it's on par. Either way it'll last a while and it does the job, so I'll continue to use it.

Baker’s Joy is known by baker’s everywhere as the best non-stick spray for use in cake pans to keep cakes from sticking to the bottom and sides after baking. What makes this spray unique is that it contains flour. So, when directions ask you to light butter and flour your cake pans you no longer have to get your fingers and hands oily and messy. Just take out a can of Baker’s Joy and spray each cake pay liberally even if you use parchment paper as a liner on the bottom of the pan. In fact, you should spray the bottom of the pan before laying the parchment paper and then spray again after the parchment paper has been place on the bottom of the pan.Although somewhat costly per can, the price is worth every penny compared to losing a cake that you can’t remove from two or three baking cake pans because the cakes have stuck to the bottoms and sides of each pan.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Baker's Joy has been around a few years, and it always works! I'm thankful for not having to drag out the can of crisco, wipe it on the pan, then douse it with flour and hope there's not flour all over me and the kitchen! This is such a convenient, useful product!

The aerosol is not good for me. Causes my to cough every time

I bake a lot of Bundt cakes to take to work and have always relied on tons of shortening, oil, flour and prayers so that the cakes come out of the pans without sticking. Nothing has worked as well as Baker's Joy! I've never had such easy bakes and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

It gets in all the cracks and crevices in bunts and holiday molds perfectly with out effort.
