I was surprised how long the heat lasts on this product. I put one on my neck the first time and after a couple of hours, had to start moving it around to different spots on my shoulders and back. It stayed hot for 10 hours. It stays in place better than you would think by the looks of it, even after several moves. No need to try to stretch it to make it tight against your skin. It gets plenty of heat to the applied area if you wear it loosely. If what you're looking for is steady heat, this is for you.

ThermaCare keeps reducing the size of these. Barely big enough for my needs, but they do work well.

These heatwraps are the best of the best! I've tried many wraps throuthout the years, because I suffer from constant neck pain and lower back pain. The only ones that WORK and take away the pain and stiffness in a couple of hours. I live in Argentina and ask all my friends to bring me some. Since I use them, I do not need to take pills (advil, etc) and my stomach is very grateful !!

This doesn't have nearly as much heat compared to the straps.

I love how easy these wraps are to apply and they actually stayed warm much longer than the 8 hours promised. The back of my right shoulder has been really achy for the past couple of weeks and these Thermacare Joint Heat Wraps are the only thing that has brought me relief.

These pads work great to relieve muscle aches. They last well into the next day if you put them on at night.
