Plug and play, less than 5 minutes (remote viewing not needed)
Previous dvr was a Dahua 4 channel, it packed up, so Hikvision was recommended, brought this one . Using an WD 1tb ssd setting this dvr up is very straightforward, all 4 (dahua) cameras found first time and work perfectly. I don't need remote viewing so i can't say anything about that side of the setup. You have alot of options within this dvr,I would recommend Hikvision for a dvr setup. For me it's a 10/10.

Good product used this when I worked as an engineer. Would be better if it came with a hard drive.

This unit is only for viewing camera footage, you cannot record footage as it doesnt come with a hard drive
