Absolutely LOVE our new coffee machine.We had a more complicated machine before that ground the beans etc. but alot of faffing around, wanted something smaller and easier to use, this fitted the bill perfectly.Don’t understand then bad reviews about not getting the 50 free coffee pods from Nespresso as I got mine within a week of applying. Initially the website wouldn’t accept the code but a quick email and a friendly email back sorted that out easily enough.Yes it makes a slight noise on starting up but wouldn’t say it was loud, very easy to use, pop a pod in and I put my milk in the frother at the same time, a minute later it’s ready. Couldn’t be simpler!Looks lovely and sleek on my work surface. Highly recommend.

I started my coffee brewing experience many years ago with my first Tassimo machine before trying a Dolce Gusto (terrible) and my first Nespresso machine. I then thought I should follow the trend and push on to a bean to cup machine (I’ve had 2 so far - a Delonghi and Phillips) but quickly realised that unless I train as a Barista or like 10 different types of coffee I am wasting my time and money. I also have quite a compact kitchen and when it comes to the choice between my Ninja Airfryer and a huge coffee machine there is only ever going to be one winner!So here I am back to buying a Nespresso machine and I opted for this one after looking at the reviews and also being swayed by the deal price on Amazon. Within minutes of making my first brew I knew I’d made the right choice - the coffee was easily as nice, if not smoother, than my last few years in the bean to cup world. No emptying of beans, cleaning wands etc so I was really happy.As for the machine - quite compact, a little noisy (all machines are BTW) but really easy to use, maintain, fill with water etc and looks really neat on the worktop. The sample pods provided are all really lovely - I like a mug so, if using the smaller pods, just make my own version of a flat white.Other reviews seem to be complaining about the heat of the water so lets address that one - all machines, including bean to cup, will never make your brew as hot as a kettle, this is just a fact. If, like me, you do like your coffee hot, consider buying a milk frother/warmer and use that alongside your Nespresso machine. This makes my brews the perfect temperature when I use the milk heating function.Finally, make sure you sign in and register your machine on the Nespresso website - you can connect this machine to the app and review all the pods that are available to find your perfect brew.Hope you found this review helpful.

Nice coffee machine. Easy to setup and use.PLEASE BE AWARE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE FREE PODS.I did not realise this and Amazon even sent me an email with a redemption code and details how to claim pods.As this machine is on sale it does not qualify. Machines must be purchased at RRP to claim free pods.Bit of a con really but can't complain about price of machine.

Great item. Easy to use and makes delicious coffee

I bought it during its promotion saying I can get some welcome gift pack (mainly glasses and some syrup), also 50% off of the subscription fee for at most 6 months. It seems quite an easy and reasonable promotion. However, the nightmare is just about to begin. I get the promotion code and the membership number 2 days later, and I tried to place order via the website, and it says you can only receive the welcome gift with your first subscription.Then, it became a bit strange when I was trying to check out my order. It says my payment can not be processed. I used all my bank cards, more than 10, and came back with the same error code. I contacted the Nespresso as well as my bank (HSBC), Nespresso said there's nothing wrong with their system, while, HSBC said they saw the first GBP0.01 transaction with Nespresso, but not the GBP12.5 main transaction, and HSBC also checked with Visa, both parties said my account was perfect to conduct any transaction, and indeed, I used this card to purchase this machine, so ironic.Nespresso kept saying there's nothing wrong, i even asked my friends to use their cards, and of course, we updated very detail in billing address, while, it came back with the same error code.Well, it is hard to not think whether there's something dodgy with Nespresso, and even no idea why the can not provide another other forms of payment, like paypal, google pay, apple pay desipite they said they allow such payments on their website, while, in this case, they only allow the credit or debit card. So, please bear in mind such conduct. And this is my first time purchasing Nespresso product and will be my last as well. Such experience is unacceptable. It is fraud and it is cheating. You can not fool everyone, so, if you decide to buy this product, please think harder.

Fab offer on this coffee machine that came with 12 free pods. Then sent off for a further 50 free pods from nespresso. Love this machine. Got into the routine now of making drinks at home with this machine. Delivered earlier than e or ted. Great value for money.
