As a retired nurse and what has been going on with Covid, I feel at ease using this product. I like the idea of the mask having 3 layers. I wear a mask every time I go out shopping and when I am out in public. If I go out to eat, I will remove the mask and place it in a plastic twist tie bag in order to eat and then reuse it again. The hoops for the ears are comfortable and I do not have any issues with them.

Purchased before…but directly from Demetech. They are high quality masks. Demetech is top notch. A bit disappointed of my purchase here via Amazon because Amazon gave me older merchandise/masks. One look at the expiration date and realized this. My disappointment is more with Amazon and not Demetech.

I have been ordering the Demetech Level 3 masks every few months for many years now. The masks themselves are excellent – 5 stars. I’ve noticed, however, that the expiration date keeps getting worse with every order. For example, my last order has a manufacture date of 3/2021 and expiration date of 3/2026 (showing a 5-year shelf life). But previous orders had much later manufacture/expiration dates. This is very annoying, as I try to use the ones with the closest expiration dates first. At first, I thought it was Amazon trying to get rid of old inventory (shipped by Amazon / sold by Demetech). So for my next order, I selected shipped by Demetech / sold by Demetch, trying to get a better expiration date by ordering directly from Demetech. I still received a poor date, manufactured 3/2021 expiration 3/2026. Using a mask that was manufactured in 2021 seems off to me. Other quality (made in USA) manufacturers like FriCare Level 3 masks show a 2-year shelf life (my most recent order from FriCare shows manufacture date of 1/2025 expiration 1/2027) – which means I’m wearing a FriCare mask that was manufactured in 2025 vs a Demetech mask that was manufactured in 2021. I really like these and how well they really protect against airborne germs. I was impressed with the tests performed on these masks and they are very high quality!
