The media could not be loaded. I'm 32 and really enjoyed building this. High quality parts, goes together very well. Take your time it can take most of the day. Quite capable, having far too much fun playing with it. Shame it seems to be the only available model, the manual shows quite a few different ones but I can't find any others! Little bit of wiring but very simple no real faffing needed, switch the controller and the robot on and it just binds, job done. Instructions are perfectly OK. Quality kit, would definitely recommend.

My 9yr old managed this in 2 days. Works very well and battery has lasted for over a week with a fair bit of use. It clicks rather alarmingly when you get to the limits of extension or retraction but maybe to be expected. There are some fine control features on the track motors - maybe more useful on the arm/cab?

I like it as spent time with grandsons building it well made bit tricky at some point but works really well

Would put more stars but can't build as got no instructions with the kit.Looked on line nothing so be going in bin.

I had to take apart one of the main electric battery engines to replace a gear cog, which was a trial and tribulation.

Brilliant robot. Great instructions, easy enough to build. Very durable and easy to use once you get used to the controls.

Fortunately I did an inventory check before giving the present to my grandson. There are two component parts missing. Shown with boxes drawn round them on the inventory.Been in contact with seller, who I must say have been very prompt and understanding, and am expecting replacements parts to be sent out today.The unit looks extremely sturdy and, as you can see from the images, it is well packaged. A quick glance through the assembly instructions that 'are very detailed, but look quite intricate as the screws, nuts and bits and bobs are quite small.Remains to be seen how it performs hence only awarding 3 stars at the moment.Update. Finally got the replacement parts so now my grandson and I can try to assemble the Robot. Took a while to get the parts but supplier ( Hobbit Village) can't be faulted fir their support
