Best method for facial hair remover...ever!
Waxing is never easy or fun. But I've tried all sorts of methods of reducing and removing my facial hair and I keep coming back to this. It's easy, quick and WORKS. It's economical because you can reuse the wax over and over.EASY & EFFECTIVE: So easy to heat in the microwave (use a lower power setting for a longer time for best results and no burns). I keep the mug on parchment paper to collect spills (to reuse!) and prevent the wax on other surfaces. Prepare your skin with the included cleanser and oil, and you will be removing unwanted hair quickly, easily and with a minimum of discomfort.ECONOMICAL: I reuse all the wax but only have hair from ONE previous waxing in it. Here's how. Each time I wax my lip, chin and eyebrows, I put the peeled off wax into a pile on parchment paper. At the end of the session, I put it all in a ziplock bag. Next time, I only heat the wax remaining in the cup. I continue to do this for a number of sessions until not enough wax left in the cup. Then I put all the used wax back in and use it through the same process. If the used wax is not gross (with too much hair) by the time the cup is empty the second time, you can repeat another time. I find that I can wax my face every 7-10 days for approx 4 months with only reusing the wax once, meaning the cost of the waxing is only about $10/month for me.

Love this wax! Plus some helpful tips
This waxing kit is fabulous! I've used it consistently for several years for underarm and lip waxing and probably saved hundreds of dollars over doing these areas in the salon, especially since the price appears to have been reduced. Some tips I've learned over the years:1. Find the right consistency of wax. Too hot and thin is not ideal, but not hot enough it becomes too thick to apply effectively. I heat it in 3, 2 or 1-minute intervals, depending how much is in the jar. Once it appears fully heated to where I can stir the applicator, I let the jar sit in the microwave another minute to cool down and thicken ever so slightly.2. Use the pre-wax cleanser and oil! Once I made the mistake of skipping this step and then the waxing really hurt. Lesson learned. Do not rush through this, allow enough time to do it right.3. Using a beauty pad or cotton ball, apply the cleanser and oil to smooth the hair in its normal direction. This allows you to see exactly where your hair lies to then apply the wax WITH the hair, not against it.4. Apply the wax evenly in the direction the hair normally lies. Let it harden for a few moments (10-30 seconds). Then start at one end of the wax and quickly rip in the opposite direction you applied the wax. It took me a few tries to really get the hang of this, but now I do it easily and use a lot less wax in the process.5. Use the cleanser and post-wax oil to clean any stray wax strands. Voila, finished! I repeat the process every 3-4 weeks.I always use up the wax well before the other bottles in the kit, so I only wish there was more wax in the jar. Or that it was sold separately. But it's still worth it to me to buy this kit over going to the salon. Thank you, Bliss, for such a great product!

Straightforward
I wasn't allowed to microwave this because our microwave has vents and my mom was afraid the wax fumes would get in the vents. That said I tried putting it in a half filled steel bowl of boiled water in 30 second intervals because this wax is only suppose to be microwaved, for saftey reasons. I'm thinking heating it by boiling water can be dangerous because wet wax that is hot can burst like a geyser or something. The boiling water barely melted it and when it almost got to spreadable consistency I used it with the wax oil & it removed some of my stubborn leg hair without any pain. I haven't had time or any way to heat it so I'm trying to leaving it in my hot car on 80 degree days. It almost worked even on a 75 degree day. The wax melted to almost spreadable consistency. I'm leaving it longer in there.Since it was taking long I had to buy another wax kit for quick hair removal and accidentally used this wax's oil for the other wax kit. The other wax kit didn't remove a lot and the oil helped with the pain from that wax too lolI haven't covered it while leaving it in the car or outside in a bowl of boiling water a few times so I won't be able to use it on some areas like eyebrows. Now I cover the cup at all times with a lidI'm wondering if you can transfer this wax into the jars used for candles then put a candle wix in it and light it. To melt it. I don't know the difference between hair removal wax & regular candle wax. I know this wax is made out of beeswax but I don't know if the other stuff in it is safe to treat it like a candle, in a a jar made for candles

please DO NOT BUY.
please listen to the other reviews. this product i do not recommend at all. i have sensitive skin and thought this was safe, but it left my skin irritated and itchy. its also very rippy and has very little product. it also seems bigger in the photos but its very small. it doesnt stay warm for a long time and u have to reheat it constantly.this is an update from when i used this product 2 days ago. i woke up the day after using the product with redness, itchiness, and swollen skin. it got worse over time, became painful, and i stayed up all night because of it. the redness is in areas where i clearly put the product. again, i have sensitive skin and watch what i put on my skin but this product stated it was safe for all skin types. if you have sensitive skin DO NOT BUY. i wouldnt recommend buying this product even if u dont have sensitive skin because it is a horrible waste of money and isnt good quality wax. please buy something else worth your money...

The best of the best
Can’t say enough about this wax. The best I ever used. Easy to use, smells good and last longer than all the others I used before. Great quality and, again, extremely easy to use. Like all bliss products I used before, this one is a winner!
