Nice foam, thick but not not too firm.
I have a neck restraint on some gym equipment which has too little padding in it. I purchased this stuff to be able to add some fill to the neck/head restraint. I simply use a marker to gauge the shape I needed and was able to cut the foam with a pair of large scissors easily enough. Had to do a little trimming due to oversize, but the neck/head restraint is now a perfectly comfortable shape and size.

A good cut of foam for $11!
For $11, this is a good size block of foam. It took some time to arrive, although it came securely packaged with no damage to it at all. Very convenient for me considering I needed 2” thick foam specifically. It’s got good cushion to it but cuts easily with an exacto knife, even could cut my scissors through the entire piece. There is a soft industrial paint smell to it, but only noticeable if you put your face towards the surface. Overall, it’ll last me a while with my projects.

Firmness
I was concerned these would not help firm up my sofa cushions. But they did! Pretty good quality for $10 each. ( 18 x18 x 2)

Good quality foam - works well for a sleep pillow
I am a side sleeper and I need to two pillows. The two pillows end up separating and the top one will fall off the bed and I end up awake, looking for the missing pillow.I put this 18 x 18" piece of foam in a pillowcase, put a regular pillow on top of it, and it's perfect! The foam stays exactly where I put it, and my regular pillow stays right on the foam.I may buy another one of these for a sling chair for additional comfort, to sit on.

Used this to get rid of speaker rattle.
I used this to get rid of rattle in my car. I have Camry with a subwoofer in the rear deck in the back. I cut this into strips and stuffed it in the A and B pillars and it got rid of the rattle in less than 2 mins. Great foam. thanks now i can commute and listen to all types of music with bass and no rattle.

Small compared to what's advertised
Photo is misleading. Very small peice of foam. I can't get anything accomplished with it.
