The hose kit has a red accent instead of burgundy/brown. Otherwise fits great. The hose seems weaker, as evidenced in the picture. The original hose was taught and required effort to stretch it. This one is already loose and stretched out. It works fine but something tells me the hose won't last as long. We've had this vacuum since 2014 and replaced the handle/hose assembly only because the vacuum took a bad fall and cracked the handle. (note the stretched out. hose near the handle versus the more densely coiled hose on the straightaway.)

Exact fit and better than the original.

I purchased this hose/handle replacement for a Shark Rotator Pro NV501. The original hose had split up in the handle portion so it was losing suction. I couldn't be more satisfied with this replacement. It fits perfectly in both the body and wand openings, and all of the original attachments fit easily on the handle portion.The hose fits securely into the original clip on the wand. The hose seems to be at least as heavy duty as the original, perhaps even a little heavier, and it stretches just as far. It is also translucent, which I like, so it will be easy to see if anything gets stuck inside it. I really like the lever style adjustment for suction control, which is easier to use than the original.The vacuum is 8 years old and still works great, so the cost of this replacement hose is a great investment to keep it up and running ... especially considering the cost of an equivalent vacuum.I would highly recommend this replacement hose for a Shark Rotator Pro NV501.

I thought I'd have to buy a new vacuum cleaner! This is great! It runs and cleans like a new Shark not an 11 year old Shark.

I’m always hesitant to buy off brand parts like this handheld attachment tube, for my Shark Rotator Lift Away vacuum… However, it was unavailable for my model on Shark brand site. But, I needed it so had to try. It installed in seconds and there were no fitting issues. I actually like the slight shape or angle difference for hand comfort. Also, the suction level adjustment slide for attachment below handle that on original name brand twists, it actually is easier with this brand. You can do it with a thumb and don’t have to grab with whole hand and it’s marked clearer. The only concern I could potentially see with this, is there might be more room for it to break with a slide lever sticking up. Only time will tell. But so far, about a month in, I have no complaints and it works great. And price is reasonable to avoid buying a whole new vacuum!! 🥴 😉

It fits, but the tolerances are ALMOST out of spec. It requires more force to insert both ends of the hose than the OEM part, but if you’re careful — it will work.The suction control valve is actually much better than the OEM hose and is easier to use. And the plastic and wire appear ‘beefier’ than the OEM part that failed. Time will tell if it’s better or not long term.A bit pricey for a chunk of plastic, but that is a common issue these days. At least replacement parts are available so you don’t have to pitch an otherwise working machine, which is getting to be rarer these days!

Fit my old Shark vacuum that had a tear in the hose. Works great and like a new vacuum again!

I was skeptical to order this because of other reviews that said it didn't stay or whatever.. I have a Shark Rotator that just hit 10yrs old, the hose split open on the handle and I tried the red neck fix of duck taping it as much as it needed, but I lost so much suction and everything was clinging up in the hose... I opted to spend the under $25 and give this upgraded replacement handle a try before letting the reality sink in I was going to have to replace my vacuum!I'm so extremely pleased to say this handle fit extremely well. Clicked in perfectly on the bottom and the top has a max and min adjustment... My 10yr old Shark Rotator is like a brand new vacuum! It works as good as it did when I got it..I'm completely satisfied and very impressed... thanks so much for offering this amazing replacement part.
