My 7 year old loves this! It's smaller than what I had imagined, but still cute & fun.

It got 5 minutes of use, although it was specifically asked for. The microphones and speakers are unusable (spy mode is just unintelligible loud noise coming out of the controller). The buttons on the very cheap controller stick. Programming mode is useless because the amount that it actually moves each command is unpredictable.The motors are actually quiet and it moves pretty well. But I can't give it any stars for that based on the fact that it is called "JabberBot" and none of the sound functionality is there.

Nice product and my Grandson loves it, but the package was damaged in transit. I certainly think think deserved better packaging than a plastic Amazon bag.

Walkie talkie is very scratchy, almost inaudible even at very close range in which case I can hear the person’s voice anyway.

I have very sad little boy because we can’t get the battery covers on the robot and the remote control open. They’re screwed in so tightly that we can’t get them unscrewed even after trying several different sized screwdrivers. I’m going to send this back. Such a ridiculous situation.

The wheels seem to move at different speeds, so it hooks very sharply to the left when you press the forward button. It has started losing connection more frequently.
