Decent reasonably price seaweed calcium
I was getting capsules for a higher cost from another company now I have this powder I have been experimenting and found that my body really, really thanks me when I have some calcium along side oxalate rich foods such as cacao. My kidneys and gut feel a lot more relieved doing this. I do take chelating agents such as shilajit and I eat dietary vitamin C, however, I don't think this is enough to bind and excrete all oxalates in my body so pairing this with oxalate rich foods is a prophylactic and essentially due to the benefits it gives as a result, for me, a nootropic also.Tbh calcium is responsible for action potential which fires the nerve and dysregulation CAN and does cause over excitation in the NDMA receptor and generally, so too much and too little will contribute to this. So if you take this powder make sure you take magnesium, D, and k2! Also maybe boron

Calcium carbonate?
I wonder whether this is just another fancy name for calcium carbonate. I don’t take the amount suggested on the packet as I’m worried about overdoing calcium. Important to take k2 alongside is to prevent calcification of arteries.
