Very pleased with the product

I love everything about this dispenser. I don't have any complaints, issues, or things I dislike about it. I bought this when I was repainting, redecorating the office and office restroom at the small business I own. I had one of those cheap little plastic roll holders on the wall like everyone's grandparent's did at one point. I wanted to add a bit more professionalism to the look of the space customers frequent. As soon as this arrived and I unboxed it I was ecstatic! It looked exactly like I'd hope, mounting and towel installation are SUPER simple, and it comes with two mounting options and two keys to secure closure & to keep anyone from opening it and grabbing half a stack of towels for use in their car console. I immediately got it out, got it mounted, filled it with the budget friendly towels which come by the case (which lasts me about a year and a half to two years personally), shut and locked it, then put the keys up, one on my "work key armband", the other on my "work key neck lanyard". Every locking business fixture comes with two keys I've learned, so this is what I do. Building, doors, key drop box, desk, cash box, filing cabinet, and now paper towel dispenser...one key on wrist ring, one on lanyard. Covered either way! I highly recommend this product if looking to upgrade or professionalize any area with need for paper towels, ot just like the look and style for home areas. It is wonderful.

Thin material but a dead to the job. Wouldn't use it for commercial bathrooms but, I did use it for a church.

Great product, unfortunately we still have a paper towel shortage were I live, I saw the paper towels on line but had nothing to put them in. While scrolling down I saw several of these, but I didn't want it to look ridiculous or not match the kitchen, then I saw this it's brushed nickel and has a little bit of a style to it. So I put it in front of the 2nd sink in the kitchen and it looks fine. It has a lock so the kids can't open it and grab a bunch at a time, nice feature. I also bought the nickel toilet paper holder as we're still having a shortage on that as well unfortunately. Would buy again

This is a terrible dispenser. Like others have said it will rip every towel coming out of it. The opening is too small and sharp. This makes the towel stick and rip. There is no towel alignment holders inside, so the pack of towels can slide all over. The normal towel size is about 9.5 inches. The inside of this is close to 11 inches. Sending it back. Glad I checked it out before installing!

This dispenser has very sharp exposed edges when trying to load towels. The key lock is at best flimsy. The towels do not come out evenly, but tear if not pulled straight down with two hands. It does look good, and is probably fairly priced.

The paper tears when you pull it because the inside of the dispenser has a sharp edge.
