AST and ALT numbers went back to normal. Not sure if this product deserves all the credit or if it was my diet.

Was diagnosed with early stages of liver disease. Had minor side pain on top of that. I started using this a month or so ago and the pain is gone and some of the abdominal swelling has gone down. Amy Meyers has a health blog and I know here main point is creating a healthy population. Her supplements are designed to help overcome dis-ease of the human body. This formulation is a great liver supplement for detoxing your poor, overworked liver. It contains Selenium (100 mg) Milk Thistle (262.5 mg), Alpha Lipoic Acid (200 mg) and NAC (200 mg). If you are familiar with any of Burt Berkson research on the treatment for failing livers that have been poisoned by mushrooms and acetaminophen ALA is his primary treatment in high doses.I do feel for a high quality supplement the company could have used ascorbyl palmitate or a healthier alternative than magnesium stearate which has some ability to coat the gut and increase absorption issues of the GI system. MS is added as a flow agent and filler but there are better alternatives. In Europe fillers and flow agents aren't allowed yet they do sell supplements in capsules. and the capsules are quite small and easier to swallow.

So far the combination of liver support and probiotics has been helping my adrenal fatigue. Dr Amy Myers products are reliable and clean in comparison to many other companies out there.

I have been using this supplement for 3 months so far and I did subscribe because I like the product but the last delivery was terrible I was surprised and scared when I opened the bottle and no return!!? What?? It is expensive and it should be high quality and service

So the formula..I like that it uses standardized..I like the formulation itself, butI like some of the other plant ingredientsIn my other ones that are missing here..( dandelion etc..)My solution would be to alternate tweenFormuas for the best of all worlds..The pricing seems a bit higher than others..My problem is that i had to go to website to find info on 3rd party testing etc..Oddly it does say 3rd party but up near shipping info, not with all the lil logos where one would typically find it....also, it says gmp compliant, but notMade in a gmp facility, and i cant find anywhere that says Where its made, or where ingredients are sourced from..USA of course preferred, but if not fullDisclosure is appreciated.... so, while it seems fine, and ive been taking it, i dont like that info being boldly displayed on the site page as well as pkging..and honestly ESPECIALLY for a functional med doc, i would expect it to be upfront....just feels a bit smarmy for a prominent person who's books ive bought, and lectures ive watched..FORMULA SEEMS FINE,NICE INGREDIENT SELECTION,JUST WISH IT INCLUDED OTHER COMMONLIVER COMPLEX INGREDIENTS, AND THAT ALL INFO WAS CLEARLY STATED..we use these for general health as well as if we've been drinking, taking ibuprofen or tylenol, or eatin junk..🐈🐈🐈
