Good Quality and SAFE
Bought these having just set up a return for a 'deal of the day' set of latex/rubber resistance tubes which came with kinks, cracks and discoloration. I can immediately see that, despite being twice the price, they are well worth the money. These are well-constructed and I just can't see how they could possibly snap - unlike those latex ones (which make me wince when I think of the damage they could do if one gave way). I'll put personal safety above price any day, and £30 really isn't too expensive for peace of mind. The handles are also much better quality than the cheaper set, sturdier and better made, as are the carabiners and ankle straps. The door anchor is also bigger and stronger. My one gripe is that the slidable plastic protective tubing (meant for wrapping your band around angular objects) is slightly too short for floor use when feet are at shoulder width. Although it's not really meant for this purpose, it does seem a little odd to have not made these plastic coverings longer, and would offer extra protection for slightly rougher surfaces. No matter - I'm really very impressed with this set and would definitely recommend. There's just no way I'd consider a latex set over these now I have them.

Good product, wrong instructions.
As described, delivered on time, however, instructions were for a knee support and not resistance bands. Sent a message to supplier and waiting for a reply.

quick gym at home
A good resistance band system with a beautiful resistance range that allows you to progressively overload. the handles are easy to attach and detach from the bands and multiple bands can be combined together for more resistance. only drawback is with the handles, the bands becoming long making the working range for leg exercises really small.
