Great
We debated whether to spend the money on this for a while but I’m glad we did. It’s a great and sturdy nest and I feel confident haven’t my newborn in it for daytime naps. Easy to take apart and wash too for the inevitable spit up.

Must have 🤩
Whether you get this sleeping pod or any other brand you definitely need a sleeping pod!!! It’s almost as though it taught my baby how to sleep!!! As soon as I put my baby in it she slept for 4 hours straight for the first time! Instantly she was very quiet, calm and content!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes!!!You are definitely going to need a sleeping pod. It keeps baby in one place and when they move their arms and legs and touch the edges they think it’s mummy or daddy next to them!I decided to buy the Purflo Sleep Tight because of its size and the firm edges. I researched a lot of sleeping pods, and noted the size of the internal sleeping area. This one is perfect size because it’s not too small or too large. I didn’t want a buy small one and then purchase a big one in a few months and I didn’t want a large one as they take up a lot of space. The firm edges are excellent because if the baby’s face moves close to the edges, the edges keep the shape and do not mould into the baby’s face and don’t collapse. This comes with a removable plastic insert under the sleeping area which I did not use as I thought it would be uncomfortable and because I put the sleeping pod on top of a firm mattress anyway. The covers are easy to remove, wash, dry and put back on.It comes in a plastic zip travel/storage cover.Dimensions:Outer = 92x49cmSleeping area = 71x27cm

Its a yes in out house
If you have a snuz pod do not buy this you can squeeze it in but its far from ideal. This helped us transition our daughter to her cot, not saying this is why she has slept through the night since she was three months but it certainly helped. If you are putting this on a baby safe mattress consider if you really need the hard plastic on the bottom as fml it is truly uncomfortable. You can see why this is safer than the sleepy head.

Bulky and hard, baby hates it
I really had high hopes for this because I wanted a safe sleep solution for my baby instead of relying on other sleep nests that are supposedly unsafe. The idea is great since it’s meant to be breathable but in reality it seems like to make this product safe they had to make it incredibly uncomfortable. It’s not fit for purpose because it’s so hard that my infant couldn’t sleep in it. It’s also quite large and not flexible at all, so didn’t fit in our bassinet (which is actually pretty big). For us this was a waste of money because in the end it’s not more comfortable than a regular cot bed so you might as well just use that instead. I tried returning it but it’s so big that it was completely impractical to find a box large enough for it and then carry it to the post office. If you’ve got a newborn baby and are already sleep deprived then I suspect this product will not be worth the headache. In the end I never managed to return it, and it serves as a very expensive dog bed… 10/10 do not recommend.

Design could be improved; moderately comfortable
Lovely pod with breathable material that gives you some peace of mind, but it did not solve our sleep issues. A few improvements needed to make it more comfortable and useful.> First, I wish the breathable sides extended lower, so that you can place a tiny newborn with feet to the edge as recommended. This would allow us to also use a blanket and secure it under the pod.> Second, I agree with the other reviewers that the holed plastic insert for the base looks very uncomfortable and I would argue - likely not beneficial for a soft baby head to sleep on such edges!? Thankfully, it can be removed, but I wish it were clear from the outset that it was in there and I wish it could have been replaced with a flat base without holes. I also wish the mesh of the base was just regular material rather than the breathable one, as it is quite rough and I assume unpleasant for the baby.

Worth every penny!
Our newborn was hating his bedside cot and would wake whenever we'd put him down to sleep, he loves his little egg.I can take this to any part of our house, we've also travelled with it when staying over at our families houses. Baby is happy, sleeps very well.I will say however, where the baby lays is very stiff, we just folded one of babies larger blankets and happy as can be.Also comes with its own cover, so can keep clean when storing or traveling.Worth it!

A must for babies who don't sleep well
This has been a life saver! My newborn was a terrible sleeper but things are so much better with this! She is a very small baby and I think feels much more secure in this. The fabric cover is very pretty and easily removed. It washes and tumble dries perfectly and looks like new after. Of definitely is breathable (through the white bits at the top). The base is firm but doesn't feel uncomfortable as it is lined with soft mesh fabric. I've put it in my bedside cot and it fits fine (snuzpod). Definitely recommend this for small/young babies who don't sleep well!

Great but not value
This is a good quality product. However, having more experience I now wouldn't worry about letting my child sleep in a less expensive product that was not tested for overnight sleep. My little one sleeps with her face planted in plenty of places that would seem impossible to breath from, but has no issues. The price tag is not necessary.
