I was using light bars for my plant shelf, and the light was pretty harsh on the eyes from lower angles. I also noticed some minor burn spots on a few leaves that were growing close to the light, so I decided to try out these LightDim sheets, I'm very pleased I did!- It no longer hurts to look directly at the light bars (check out the photo - there's a small strip in the top/middle where I hadn't finished applying all sheets - there's noticeably more glare there)- The warm filter knocked down the 4000K temperature lights down to the 3000K-3500K range, which was just what I wanted & better matches the rest of the 3500K lighting in my room (this is harder to capture with a crapper cellphone camera, but the bottom shelf in the photo doesn't have the sheets applied yet and is slightly bluer)- This was fantastically easy to install, even for someone like me who normally hates all adhesive-related tasks. Very easy to cut and apply to my light bar.If I had a minor quibble, it's that I wish there were an even slightly softer option for(ones that knocked down 10%-20% of light rather than 30%? If that's even possible?), but that's not a dealbreaker by any means - I'll just adjust my plant shelf timers to run longer and my plants should still get enough light to grow.Anyway, I'm so dang pleased I'm off to go order another light bar and dimming sheets for a new shelf of plants. Thanks for the excuse to buy more houseplants LightDims!

I used this LED light reduction film to reduce the brightness of six porch uplight sconces which illuminated a white vauleted ceiling, as well as give them a slightly warmer tone. I believe the LEDS were probably 5000 kelvin, and now I would guess they are more like 2700-3000 kelvin. I would estimate the film reduced the brightness by at least 30%, possible a tad more, but certainly in line with the description and my expectations. No need to layer a second film over the first. Very easy to apply and cut to desired size. Note that the sheets I recieved were 3.75 inches wide as opposed to the 3.50 inches stated in the description. I would purchase these again if the size met any further needs.

We had blindingly bright and too-white LED puck lights in our ceiling fan. These dimmed them and warmed up the tone perfectly. The company also included a free gift of a black dimming sheet, which we used to cover various blinking lights in our bedroom (fire alarm, baby monitor, etc)

I was looking for the CLEAR dims & this one is NOT it!

I used these to dim/soften lights for a newly installed range hood, which are way to bright and cool and offer no dimming options. I wasn't enjoying seeing how in vivid detail how old and beat up my range looks every turn on the light!This type of application is easy to install and forgiving as it only requires cutting two circles slightly larger than the needed coverage area and slightly imperfect centering isn't noticeable at this angle.This is a unique product, and it took some correspondence with the seller to get the right kind of LightDim sheet. All inquiries received a prompt response.

It is my fault for not reading the description where it clearly says it is only for flat surfaces. I wanted to dim my LED bulbs in an overhead light.

Easy to use, and super customizable. Dimmed the light I needed it to, and in my opinion these sheets are the perfect thickness to stack when needed or use on their own. They are a little thicker than the pre-cut stickers

These dimming sheets are perfect. We just purchased. new microwave oven and the clock light was a brightwhite! It was blinding and looked terrible. We apply the dimming sheet over the clock and now it's great. It soften the harsh white light to an attractive amber light. I highly recommend this product. Good productgreat price!
