I have just completed the first month of using Memory Matters and I feel much better already. I was told I may experience vivid dreams for the first few weeks and that was the case. It seams to calm me as well and I believe it is because it makes my mind sharper like when I was younger. Clearer thinking means I am not frustrated by mental fog. The people around me appreciate the difference. I also find my workday to go much better. I am in sales and it is vital I recall the conversations with my clients and this is doing the trick. I have tried other (some more expensive) products that claim to do the same but nothing has done what Memory matters has done. I turn 50 in a few months and was feeling it mentally. That had me nervous as dementia is a problem that I have experienced in my aged relatives and I do not want to go down that path. I rejuvenated and far less worried about getting past the big 50.

I am constantly learning and having to multitask. The supplements that I take have various effects on my brain 'health'. This supplement definitely has no ill side effects that I've noticed. I have taken other products similar to this and had okay effects. This product, when I do not take it, is noticeably missed. Sounds funny, but I don’t remember why I started taking these. The good: there is no flavor, no nasty burps, no caffeine, or stimulant headache - I did try these for six months and while I can’t say I noticed a difference in my memory, I can say it didn’t have any negative health effects. The bad: Didn’t improve my memory, but did reduce the size of my wallet - kind of expensive at $.44 each. Bricker Labs lists an extract of spearmint as the main ingredient. If you research spearmint, you can find some potential benefits, but it also has the potential to reduce testosterone in men and hairy women. If you are a hairy woman with memory loss, this could be the perfect product for you. Obviously not a paid review, because no one in their right mind would pay me to write this. This is a solid non-GMO supplement with a strong dosage (900 mg) per serving and a good 45 day supply. I got this primarily for nerve health but ended up noticing improvement in cognition. I have not experienced any bad side effects. The price definitely leans more to the pricier side but isn't unbearable.

Contains an "other ingredient" that may cause hives. Won't repurchase.

I have tried everything it seems and have finally found a memory product that works! Memory Matter not only helps me keep my many daily tasks in order but it also seems to be helping me have more restful nights sleep and feel much more clear headed during the day.I am thrilled with this product!

Out of all the memory pills I've used over the years, "Memory Matters®: 90 Capsules - Improves Working-Memory, Supports Short-Term Memory", these seem to be "one with force." But it's not going to turn into the character of the guy in Limitless, Bradley Cooper.Try it if works, go for it. If not, try other things.
