REFUND POLICY
tHIS ITEM PROVED TO BE TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME TO INSTALL THROUGH NO FAULT BUT MINE. i RETURNED THE ITEM FOR REFUND. tHE REFUND WAS GIVEN, BUT A RESTOCKING FEE OF $55.99 WAS CHARGED. NOWHERE IN THE PURCHASE PROCESS DID I SEE THAT A RESTOCKING FEE WOULD BE CHARGED. NOT ONLY THAT, I THINK THE FEE WAS EXCESSIVE.

Poor quality control
When I first powered up the device, I heard an odd noise. A quick examination of the unit revealed that there was a video tape already in the player. It would neither play nor eject, making the unit worthless. It's hard to imagine how the recorder could have been shipped in that condition and it made me question the vendor's quality control process. I returned it the day I received it. At least I was able to get my money back.

Seller provided a refund
The unit did not operate as hoped and a VHS tape got stuck in it but the seller provided a refund when the unit was returned to the seller and sent back the tape, which we appreciated.

I nice company to buy from
Hello my first recorder didn’t work, the seller worked with me to return and send me a different one. He has even called to help with the return and to make sure I received the new recorder.was very pleased with the personal support and help.

It worked fine - until it didnt.
It leeched acid all over my tv stand, and developed huge rust deposits underneath. This thing was only $295 in 2020. Can't believe it's $1195 now.

Don’t buy this item. It’s a waste of money.
I have tried getting this product to work to no avail. After having multiple surgeries I was finally able to spend time with the machine. The recording function does not work. Additionally the picture from this unit is horrible. It’s too bad I didn’t have the opportunity to work with the unit after it arrived. It’s a total waste of money.

Came with nothing that was pictured except the remote.
Works like new but if I hadn't had one I'd be lost.
