Clearer than my childhood trauma
This projector is hands down the best you can get for the price—no debate. It not being a best-seller constantly is criminal. I came from buying a projector on Temu, so I was already expecting cheap garbage. But this thing is cheap and quality? Where the hell do you hear those words together? I’ve already dropped it once and it still runs perfectly—no weird sounds, no issues. Even if it did break, it’s so affordable that grabbing a protection plan is a no-brainer. The picture quality? Sharp as the tension between your mom and dad at dinner. When the screen gets ridiculously tiny or cartoonishly big, the quality dips—but that’s expected. Mine’s sitting at around 120 inches and it looks insane, especially for gaming or horror movie nights that might make grandma wet herself. Only downside? It came a bit dirty—smudged lens, scuffed body—but once cleaned, this thing absolutely slaps

Good quality for a good price
This is a great little projector for the price. Perfect for an apartment 'home theater'. The sound was even better than I expected given how cheap it was. A soundbar certainly improves the quality but really, you can't expect theater-quality for $40. Still plenty clear enough to do computer work from though! The provided screen does work well, but a blank white wall also does the trick if you want to go a bit bigger. Still great picture at 9'!

Not ideal for streaming
Great price and a great product. My only complaint is that for my roku stick, the hdmi port was too close to the USB making it harder to get a good fit. I can't speak for other products but if you're just using HDMI you're golden.

Company replaced it after the original one broke.
Edit to original reviewAfter writing my one star review, I was contacted by a customer service representative. They stated that I must’ve gotten a bad projector. They sent me a brand new projector. It arrived within a few days. The new projector works very well. I changed my review and my stars because of the customer service and them having faith in their product that they sent me a brand new one.Old reviewI bought this December 30 2022. I used it 3 times for movie events. I went to use it today and it started smoking and smelt. A complete waste of money. I didn’t even get 4 uses out of it. We took good care of eat putting it back in the protective foam and box after each use. There was no dust in it, it was just a blinking red light and smoke. Looked for customer service info to contact seller and found nothing. So angry!!!

great projector with lots of extras
I couldn’t be happier with this mini projector! Right out of the box, setup was super easy and straightforward. It comes with everything you need to get started—including a screen and an HDMI cable—which made it an even better deal for the price. The picture quality is impressive for such a compact device, and the built-in sound is surprisingly clear and loud enough for our living room. If you're looking for even more powerful audio, it also connects easily to larger Bluetooth speakers—nice to have that flexibility! The instructions to connect it and use it as a blue tooth speaker seemed pretty straight forward as wellI was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the fan is. I barely noticed it while watching movies, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The menu interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I had no trouble getting everything set up just the way I wanted. There were even some bonus "surprise gift" offers included, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. I plan on taking advantage of those!Overall, this projector is a fantastic value. Small size, solid performance, and tons of features—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, high-quality projector setup!

Fine for the price, but could be a bit better
As a cheap mini projector, this really is acceptable, though not particularly amazing. Let’s start with the good though. The size of this projector is fairly compact, and lightweight. The refresh rate and latency are actually not bad at all, being 60hz, it’s more than enough for most movies, and for the gamers out there, is fine for 99% of console games. Gaming on it is actually surprisingly doable as well, as I really did not have much of an issue with input delay, which can be a common problem on projectors. I also appreciate the included screen, which includes command hooks so you can hang it up wherever you see fit, the screen, is not entirely opaque however, so if there’s a gap between it and the wall behind it (I have mine mounted above a sliding closet door) the projection can shine through it, causing a bit of a “double vision” effect. I also appreciate the tripod screw mount, using a tripod is a very easy way to get the projector optimally positioned for whatever scenario you’re inMy main problems come with the video and audio quality. While usable for movies and games, even at optimal focus and keystone adjustment, some details get a little fuzzy, I especially tend to notice a little bit of extra fuzziness along the outer edges of the projection, which is a bit problematic. Something slightly concerning is that though it advertises 1080p output, and HDMI signals can register as 1080p, the included paperwork says that the display is 720p, which is definitely lower than advertised, and since the clarity of the image is not perfect, it’s hard to prove either way. Also, I’m not super blown away with the colors, you can tweak them in the picture settings, and I am aware that I am not necessarily using the projector under ideal conditions, so I can’t necessarily say for certain it’s not a me problem. Also, the sound quality is quite iffy, setting the sound settings to “movie” makes it sound a bit better, but it’s still a little tinny and cheap sounding, luckily, it has a headphone jack, and can wirelessly connect to a Bluetooth speaker or soundbar to mitigate this, and if you’re connecting it to a laptop like I was, there are many other sound options you can use through the laptop, so you can get better sound, you just need another device to do so
