Cute
This was a cute gift! It did actually grow and my niece enjoyed tensing to her "garden." I always try to get something interactive vs video games so this was a neat little idea.

So much fun day after day!
My 4 year old is so proud of her fairy garden. Not only did she have fun painting and decorating, but she loves to see how the grass has grown and changed each morning. She waters it herself and takes a lot of pride in that part, too! Much better than I expected, as this was just a last minute buy to even up the Christmas presents between her and her sister! I think this would really make a great gift. The only thing to note is that the lights that come with it are a little unrealistic to place between the grass. The grass sprung up great, but it's too fragile to expect heavy lights to run between it like the picture shows. You can still use the lights around the edge though, and it's very pretty!

Great Activity!
This was a fun activity to do with my daughter. Absolutely everything you need for it is in the box, and the instructions are very helpful and thorough. I liked the bright, vibrant paint colors, and the unicorn and fairies are so cute! My daughter loved painting them and plays with them every day. The gems, fairy house, and star glitter to decorate with were a BIG hit too. And the grass started growing in only two days! I can’t wait to see how it looks with the little lights once the grass is all grown. My only complaints were that the paint didn’t dry very quickly—like it took several days for my daughter to be able to start playing with the fairies, and even then the paint was still a little sticky. Also, the bowl cracked down the side within the first few minutes of using it.Overall, this was a fun activity, and my daughter loves checking on her fairy garden every day! Great product that would make a great gift.

Nice Fairy Garden
This is a great way to introduce children to making a fairy garden. It includes everything needed to create a beautiful garden and what is really special is that it includes the seeds to start growing plants which give your child a chance to learn how plants grow and how to take care of growing things. This kit offers a child a fun and educational activity and is well worth the price.

Great Fairy Garden, but missing parts on 2nd order!
We’ve had a couple fairy gardens and they usually don’t turn out too well as far as growing the seeds etc. This one was a hit! I love that the figures are plastic, so we didn’t have to worry about breaking them and wheat grass is such an easy thing to grow! My 7 year old daughter loves this. That being said — I ordered an extra one as a gift and it didn’t come with the LED lights which was kind of disappointing. I would say, check for parts as soon as you get.

Great...kids can see the life cycle of a plant.
Great gift for kids...great for parents and small kids to assemble together so kids can see the life cycle of a plant...that they can have a hand in nature and caring for a life. Just be sure to guide your kids as to keep the seed planting and deocrations separate. I initially was chastised by my 5yr old to "jus let us have fun" but that meant I had to go behind them to remove jewles off of seeds and rearrange everything as not to stifle growth. (Only negative is I could not stop the white, fungus from growing on it...but googled it and will try baking soda.)
