A good company to by from.
The newer aqua valve 5 which is supplied requires 9mm pipe and fittings. Great service and help. Would definitely use this company.

Item as expected with prompt delivery. However not yet in a position to set them up yet.

Missing bits poor customer service
All is pretty good but missing a grommet (85p) that the new design tray requires, seller was unaware of this change told me grommet was not needed, asked for a photo of a missing part, i am not magic. Luckily I had ordered spare parts seperatly, watch this change as the new autopot trays are different and a lot of hydro shops and suppliers ( I visited 4 today) do not have the new 9mm fittings or are not fully aware of the change.

Great for when you go on holiday with timer on waterbut ,but make sure you clean all pipes and valves a end of year

poorly manufactured crap
I dislike the fact that it's poorly manufactured.The hole in the reservoir is too big for the gromit and the tubeing provided is too big to fit through the gromit do not buy this item. Also seller only gave partial refund and i had to go through amazon to get the full amount. Also came with clear tubing which is ridiculous because you cannot continuously run water through it because if light shines on it algae will form and eventually block the tubing

Do Not Buy
I thought people who reviied this product might be one offs but trust me Do Not Buy , two diffrent pipes that fixings dont fit , bits missing and packaging dreadfull .

Leaking at grommet
Grommet doesn't seal properly, hole on tank appears to be slightly bigger, oval.Not sure what to do now as can't use due to persistent leak,Have contacted seller
