Oh! I love my dell desk top computer. It was so easy to set up. The look and quality of the computer is great.

omg where 2 begin? I never got it 2 connect 2 internet via wifi. It comes with something the size of a flash drive which did not work. I contacted them and they sent me another wifi which did not work. Theres only usb jacks and old school monitor jacks. Theres no hdmi to connect 2 a modern tv. so i bought an adapter....which did not work....so im TRYING to return it. It came n 2 boxes. When i got 2 ups my return label would not work because it was 2 boxes. I contacted amazon while standing n ups store....They basically told me theres nothing we can do. Its from a 3rd party seller. They actually told me 2 go home they would contact me when the seller responded to give me a new label. I got a new label the next day so i go back 2 ups. They said once again i needed 2 labels. I sent 1 box back with the label they provided. Contacted amazon while I was standing there. They told me 2 go home n give the seller 48hours to contact me with a label. IF i ever get a legit label this will b my 3rd trip 2 ups. DONT BUY THIS

My order was placed on Sept 16th, 2023 and I received everything on Sept 27th, 2023.This computer and monitors were packaged very well. They didn't skimp on packaging material.One little thing when they packaged the 2-24 inch monitors, is that they should have maybe put a piece of cardboard between the monitors that were facing each other when packaged. They were tightly wrapped though and neither were scratched..The computer itself was packaged very well. So much so, it surprised me on how well it was packaged.The only little issue I had was my DVD rom drive was not working like it should have been.I contacted and spoke with someone from Alta E. Solutions and he shipped a new one out to me and I received it in 3 days.The 2-24 inch Samsung monitors look brand new and the quality of the screen/picture is great. Web pages and videos look fantastic. Also was included were a keyboard and mouse. Although on the cheaper side I'll hang on to these for backup. 2-VGA and 2-power cables were also included.The SFF computer is fast, sleek and is a great upgrade from my older Dell. If I needed another system like this, I'd buy this again in a heart beat.All in all I am more than satisfied with everything. Great products, Great price and most of all GREAT customer service.If your looking for a system like this. Really, really consider this one.

Took awhile to set up can't complain too much. Sound worked well, no wifi the one I have only works with the Ethernet cable, no Bluetooth had to order a Bluetooth adapter. The storage is really good, the screen quality is nice monitor one runs on an HDMI cable while monitor 2 runs on a dvi cable. After everything was set up correctly it was able to run. Any updates didn't take too long. I ordered this specifically for work and this is what I needed. I haven't tried the DVD drive yet but will update when I do. I was unable to install Windows 11 I had everything else green but Microsoft said I couldn't. 🤷 But overall it's a nice computer. Packaged very well came with monitor stands including the keyboard and mouse.

I had a problem with the cords. I contacted The seller told me some trouble shooting tips. To0ld me if that didn't work to send some pics so they can see what I need and they willo send me the items I need. Excellent customer service.

One of the monitor quit working after a little over 90 days.

Long review. After 30 days. Honestly, I am not sure how these sellers break even selling this complete remote work system.I was a little skeptical at first but I saw it could be returned so I bought it with 3 year insurance.It came very well packaged. Multiple layers of bubble wrap. No chance it was going to get damaged or wet during the mailingPulling everything in was easy. Everyone needs to understand this is a renewed second hand product. Cosmetic scratches should be expected.Please please please don’t get freaked out on first start up only one monitor works. The computer I received did not have all the drivers updated. But I trusted the process and let the system update then boom everything worked great.The software is very barebones, which makes it run fast but you may need to download other applications for your work.Great remote work computer. Work recommend for my people that clock in do the zoom meetings and clock out.

One monitor on delivery was all busted up and cracked screen, the other monitor randomly stopped working after like 3 weeks of use.The desktop portion is fine and fast enough for school. However, trying to reach customer support to get replacements has been a nightmare
