EDIT: I wrote a review of the other one with the Bowen S mount, this one is great, it just doesn't have the mount. There is a trick to folding these, watch the videos, understand the odd way they fold and you'll be quite happy with them. Also other mounts will 'squoze' into the back of these, the 5 1/2" Q-Flash reflector, the old 5 3/8" Photogenic Flashmaster reflectors will snap into the back, and coolest of all is the center of the Bowen S Mount that comes with the hexagonal softbox and carries the Vivitar 285HV.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how good it is. The construction is very sold despite being light and portable, and it's very nicely diffused. Light is very soft for a box this size, and it's so easy to fold.

Works great. Lightweight. Easy to store. Makes very soft light. Seems very sturdy.

So when I opened the package and was a little confused because the title says it's a Bowens mount but there is just a hole and no actual mount. I have two s1 brackets already which is why I bought them. So I looked at the reviews to see how people were attaching this and to see if maybe I need another piece. Nope! The corners fit around the edge of the bracket and it is surprisingly secure. I would give it 5 stars but I'm only giving 4 because I feel like the description is slightly misleading as it is not actually a Bowens mount it just fits onto the Bowens mount bracket. It would be great to be able to use this on my studio flash but I am ok with using it just for the s1 brackets that I have.

a bit flimsy as far as the connectors (reinforced fabric) however good enough for my needs and a great value for the price.

It's so portable, I was able to cram this into a suitcase and take it on a job easily. The diffuse light quality is lovely, and it's very sturdy and feels like it will last!

The media could not be loaded. Its a big size for the price, lightweight and superportable! Comes with two diffusers and nice carry case! Big con: super confusing how toPut away…yea theres a video but still a bit confused :( im not gonna take a star away but wish it would a bit more simple. Plan to order another one!!! Thanks! Got this for my husband (his selection) who's experienced with studio photography after his small portable softbox was stolen. It was so bad I had to return it. He had to purchase an extra accessory to attach it to the light stand, and even then, It wouldn't stay upright. Caused a lot of frustration as well trying to fold it back up - and he's a pro at folding up hard to fold things! When I returned it at an Amz drop-off, 2 people behind the counter tried to fold it as well and had to give up. You get what you pay for, in this case.- doesn't come with anything to attach it to a light stand- doesn't stay upright when attached to the light stand- does not fold up
