Restored my PLT 521 Headset to perfect functionality. And I got spares to keep me going. These wear if you use the headset over time. Size is perfect and foam wind socks cut noise out when used outdoors, along with making fit comfortable. Can use with or without. Real easy to install.

I misplaced my set of originals, and the one I had been using tore off, so I purchased this as a replacement. It is similar to the stock parts and also includes foam covers. I had been using the medium size, but I tried the smaller size with the foam cover and that is more comfortable for me. When installed, they aren't a tight fit to the Voyager and sort of spin but and are in, but feel a little more loose than the OEM part, however it functions well. I almost docked a star because of this, but in practice, it doesn't cause the earpiece to fall out, so I'm going to give it a five star due to functional replacement and one size down but adding the foam is a better fit for me than the OEM piece alone.
