Good standard mouthguard. I use it while weight training so I don't grind my teeth and its great.

I wouldn’t recommend these. Too flimsy when trying to mold. I would use way less time in the water. Even when it start to curl may be too long. The edges on mine bent slightly wrong and either I bit it or it flapped out and cured with a bent edge which makes it impossible to wear. These are a not return policy too. I wouldn’t have purchased had I known. My loss but don’t let it be yours. Will try another brand.

I give this mouth guard a mixed review. For its function as a mouthguard, 3.5 stars. It's reasonably comfortable and you could get used to it as a sleep mouthguard. It's very straightforward to heat it and then mold it, but you should only put it in hot water for 10 seconds, not the 10-20 listed in the directions. I put the first one in the hot water for 20 seconds and it came out a loose floppy sticky mess of plastic and was useless. The second one I put in the hot water for 10 seconds which was about right, but then when I put it in the ice water as the last step, one side of it somehow got folded over on itself, and when I took it out of the cold water it was molded firm in that shape and was useless. So just be careful as you're molding it. Another thing to note, the mouthguard looks NOTHING like the photo on the webpage, it comes up high over your gums in the front and not as high but still up high over your gums on the sides.
