EX-TERMMM-I-NAAAATE....hair!
Oh boy, do I have a lot to say about this thing and order in general. First things first, let's talk about the actual vacuum itself.Actual Product Review:As you can see in the pictures above, there are 2 before, 2 after and 2 showing the canister after. Keep in mind I have very low patience and that sheet covering his dog bed is a queen sized sheet, wrapped around it sloppily to kinda help keep the actual Serta dog bed I bought for my dog in as great of condition as possible. I say this because the sheet is very loose and it got very annoying trying to hold it down and tight to allow the vacuum to do it's thing. But any where it'd cooperate (and even where it wouldn't, for the most part), you can see that this thing worked and it worked pretty great if I do say so myself! I do feel like if I had continued, it would have had no issues getting a majority of what I left behind. Now I gotta play vacuum my floor with this little thing since it works so much better at picking up his dog hair then my actual vacuum does. Will probably look into getting a better one of those sometime too!Nice little thing to note is the dog is terrified of my floor vacuum, after all, he's a dog - right? This I had him get off his bed and he actually came over while I was vacuuming it to see what was going on. He was scared, but at the same time he was more curious as to what was happening to his bed and/or maybe if I was getting hurt by this thing. Kept coming up and "nose bumping" me which is his thing to get my attention and/or wake me up to let me know it's potty time.I'd totally recommend this based off of my limited time with it and hoping it lasts at least a year. I feel at the price point, I'd be happy getting at least that out of it, anything longer would be icing on the cake. Of course I'll come back and update if I have any issues with it.Review of Delivery/Packaging:I order off of Amazon a lot and I gotta say I've never had an experience as I did today in regards to the delivery. I get notified that my item was delivered, so I go to the front door to get it. La la la, open the door and no package! I think that maybe it's at my side/carport door, so I check there. No package?! I then walk from there to the front door and notice something brown in the middle of my drive way, near the sidewalk and a good 20+ feet from where 100% of all my other packages have ever been delivered. It was my Amazon package! The delivery person basically got out of their vehicle and just placed it at the end of my drive way, out in the open for anyone to easily steal. NEVER had that happen before!I do the little "how was your delivery" thing and they don't give an option to explain what happened, so I hit up live chat. Just told them of my experience because obviously if the delivery person did this to me, he's probably done it before or will do it before. Not like there were any obstructions or anything to warrant that kind of delivery. They notate it and I go on my merry way...so I thought.I end up opening the package a little while after and while I bought it from their Warehouse (used), it stated it was "Condition: Used - Like New - Item will come in original packaging.". I took that as ya know, having original packaging and probably having everything that came with it, or at least the extra little grey nozzle this is supposed to come with at the very least. I mean, doesn't state it does, but doesn't state it doesn't neither, so I felt it was pretty safe to assume what I assumed. I open it up and there's nothing "original" about it. The vacuum and the cord that's attached to it are in a "sealed" bag. No packaging. No other nozzle. No paperwork. Nada. Not sure if this is my first time dealing with a "Warehouse" item; I wanna say it isn't? But this is the first time I've ever had it so blatantly falsely advertised that it's making me skeptical of ever risking it again. Images provided for this as well.I will say that Amazon Customer Service is the tops and more than made sure that the over all situation was rectified and I felt like a valued customer. It's one of the main reasons I shop here and would be the only reason I'd risk a "Warehouse" buy again.

Great product if you use it for what it's made for...
I read a ton of the reviews on here before purchasing the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser. After receiving the product and using it for the first time, I have to agree with the positive reviews and I want to clarify a couple of the negative reviews. It seems that the biggest complaints against this vacuum are that (1) the cord is too short, (2) it blows air out the side, and (3) it just creates clumps of air without sucking them up. Now, I will explain why if you use the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser for erasing pet hair from your upholstery, then you will not have any of those problems. First, I can vacuum my entire couch (which is a sectional that takes up half of my living room) from one outlet. Based on the reviews, I was expecting the cord to be no more than a few feet long, but it is substantially longer than that and I had no problem reaching the entire couch. Second, the vacuum does blow air out of the sides, which understandably is annoying if you're trying to pick up crumbs from under the kitchen table (as I read in one review). However, if you use the vacuum for erasing pet hair from your upholstery, you won't have that problem. I tried using it on my hard wood floors just to see if the complaints were valid, and they were. Obviously, however, I didn't buy a handheld vacuum to clean my hard wood floors. I bought it to get the pet hair out of my couch. And for that, it works like a charm. Third, and related to the second complaint, the vacuum does not just create clumps of hair unless you're using it on a hard surface, which (in my opinion and so far in practice) is not what it was designed to do. And even if it does blow some loose dirt onto the floor, I always clean my couch before sweeping my floors so that wouldn't be a problem anyway. To sum it all up, if you use the Pet Hair Eraser for erasing pet hair from your furniture such as couches, ottomans, and other fabrics, which is what I need it for, the product is amazing. I have a cat who loses fur every time you touch her and I have a dog with medium length fur that basically has needle point ends (literally, his hair has embedded itself into the bottom of our feet) so it is impossible to get it out of our fabric couch. I've tried everything, and nothing has satisfied my OCD need for cleanliness. Until the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser. If you buy it with the intention of using it for needs like mine, you won't be disappointed.
