It's fine ultimately
Product is good but the delivery is bad. First time received with very bad delivery and glass broken into small pieces. Later too it came but the packing was not good but received in good condition.

Personal difficulties
The procedure of setting of times and dates are difficult for me. Whenever power cut We have to repeat the setting. So it is personally difficult for us. That's why we asked for cancel of the item as a special case.

My order got delivered yesterday 5th May 25, but it was not working in battery mode. I have requested for replacement since the clock was not working in battery mode.
