How to use it? 1. Place the TSD in your mouth i.e., it should rest between your front teeth and the lips. The protruding bulb is outside of your mouth. 2. The side with the small cut on the TSD should go to the bottom side of the mouth. 3. Squeeze the bulb to let out air. 4. Place your tongue in the tube and release the bulb. The device is improperly designed and cannot fulfill the required function
I have used a similar device for several years with excellent results and can say without reservation that this device and apparently most sold on Amazon are not properly designed. They will not fit in the mouth to hold the tongue as a well designed device does. I was able to find well designed devices on Ebay and will share the URL if anyone is interested.
