Very Good, With One Small Suggestion...
This works as advertised...and I'd give it another half star if it was possible...but it's a three for one reason. The connector should be made of a more durable material. I'm using this as an extension for my digital back tether cable, so I'm usually moving around quite a bit on set...where there are lots of other people moving around...and more than a few times that connector has gotten stepped one. It's a hard plastic that is eventually gonna crack. If it were made from a molded rubber it would be indistructable. Still...the price was right and I've had no connections n issues or corrupted files.

Disappointed. Rebadged cable from Monoprice
Disappointed.Rebadged cable from Monoprice. They are charging twice the price for exact same cable. Came with a paper sticker labeled "digiplate". The Monoprice cable is available directly from Amazon for around $20.In terms of reliability, it's intermittent. It dropped connection several times throughout the shoot. Used on Canon 1DX and Canon 5DMKIII. Also tested variety of cables, ports, and computer systems (MacBook Pros, Mac Pros) with the same results.Digiplate products as a whole are awesome and so valuable. I will continue to use and standby all of their other products--just won't buy cables from them again.

It works!
It works with my Canon 5DSR's original USB3 cable, unlike other cable which I bought locally.
