looked great, but i gifted it to a friend so i cant really speak on how well it held up. but it looks amazing!

The product broke very easily I had only used a couple times when the handle broke off but other than that the product and service was good.

Bought this as a birthday gift for the niece who adores having tea while either reading a book or writing one.The mug ended up being about a week or two late of it's originally planned arrival date, and with my niece's birthday coming closer and closer, I got nervous and contacted the buyer via email who were beyond nice and immediately saw to send me another mug asap without any sort of added trouble!!! I was beyond appreciative!!!!

The cup quality was good. The print and color was beautiful. However it allows you to adjust the picture and crop it to make it more to your liking and yet the product I received did not show such editing. The picture is small and not zoomed in as I had selected. If it were not for the picture not coming out as I'd liked I would have given 5 stars all around. Disappointed in the picture outcome. However, I'm sure mine was just a overlook and am not saying this product is not worth getting. It IS a good product for price and I got it VERY quick. Again, if not for the picture not being edited as I wished I would have loved it entirely.

The product was great. The mugs are reasonably priced but l thought the price was somewhat excessive to add the picture. This was a gift and the person receiving the mug was delighted. Good job

My granddaughter and grandson were delighted with their very own "Hot Chocolate" mugs, especially because it had their photos and names on them. They were a big hit for Christmas!

I bought this for my other half, his birthday is coming up. He drinks one cup of coffee every day and thought he would love this gift. I really like it.
