DEVIL-FORGE Gas Propane Forge DFSW, 1 Burner DFP (80.000 BTU), Gas Ball Valve, Air Choke, Knife Making, Blacksmith, Farrier, 2500°F / 1370°C

After purchasing this forge, I was eager to get forging. I followed all instructions that was very simple and set up my new forge. The next day everything was ready for my first heat treatment for my knife that I had started to make.I contacted up the propane and lit up the forge, I then tried to adjust the gas intake to set the temperature I wanted, this is done by adjusting the gas regulator but this made no difference, I had a fault! I used the adjuster on the gas bottle which was nor ideal but got the job done.I searched the Internet to try find a replacement regulator but as I had not been involved with metal work for a number of years, I did not know which replacement would be compatible. I reached out to devil-forge for advice and they just sent me a replacement no quibbling at all.I normally don't expect a company to not want everything returned to be inspected before any warranty is considered, so for such a hassle I was just going to replace it myself.I was very surprised and extremely happy. Well done devil-forge, I wish other companies would take some lessons from you.I will be buying again from you at some point.
