This review is specifically for flashlogic customer support. I bought a 15 year old Cadillac Escalade that had a flashlogic remote start system in it but was missing the remote to use it. Every time I called customer service I was connected almost immediately to a competent technician who walked me through everything I needed to do to set it up. I made two calls and talked to two different technicians and they both knew their stuff even though it was an older system. I was off the call in less than 5 minutes with problem solved

It is a nice item. Works great. Flashlogic’s online instructions aren’t very good. They don’t tell you that you need a certain harness, or programming cable. The older models were simple plug and play. Not this one. You have to download one program. Install it in vehicle. Go through all the in car programming. Then take it out and download more. Then reinstall it back in vehicle. Still works great, but had to basically figure it all out on my on.
