I’ve used manuka honey for years after doing some research and found out it helps when you have a sore throat and a scars. It has made a difference!!! I was reading that not all manuka is legit, so after research I bought this brand. It definitely taste a bit different then my old brand and works well!!! It is more costly but I recommend it.

This manuka honey is rich in flavor with a little bit of sweet. Me, my partner and little one (15months). Just started taking manuka honey daily to help boost our immune system. The manuka honey has drastically improved my little ones cough that he has been fighting for 3 months and he also thinks it's a treat. That's a win win in this mamas book.
