Disappointed
The mug is two ugly colors that do not match. In the pictures when I ordered it the colors appeared to match but they do not in any way go together. Other than being ugly colors it is a nice mug. But I cannot give it as a gift.

Do not buy these cups
Bought two of these for my wife and I, disliked the product, the color black looks faded and the cups are very cheap material... we love drinking coffee in the mornings and my wife’s cup broke very easily after 4 days of using it. Do not buy this product it’s not very well made! We went out to Walmart and bout two different cups for a very low price but good quality

Do not get customized
Spelled name incorrectly. Font was too small and never described that the letters could not be capitalized. The cup itself was nice. It was the engraving n customization that was off. Then the seller would not reimburse as this was a gift I could not give. Would never purchase customization again

Got this mug for a gift and it was so well received. Looks good, monogram extremely well done, very nice finish on it and good, sturdy material. I'm very pleased with it!
