It's pretty amazing, I used it on a whool cardigan and 2 pairs of leggings and it did a great job. It's so easy to use I put on the leggings and just defuzz while watching TV. It doesn't look like it's high quality material, let's be honest, but it does a hundred dollar job by saving all those clothes I wouldn't dare wear anymore. And there extra blades? And it's rechargeable? Not much more to ask for, no idea why I didn't buy one earlier.

I don't know how I lived without it for the past 30 years. it has restored the appearance of several clothing items that I have. I have used it on sweaters, hoodies, wool coats. leggings. t-shirts, etc that have pilled. Works quickly, no snags. Very pleased. Good quality hand feel, nice size and strong motor.

This is a great product! I have bought a number of products over the years to de-pill clothing, and this is the first one that actually works! I love it. I used it on 17 sweaters and tops the first day I had it, and it only took about 90 minutes to thoroughly fix all of them. Most of my items were lightweight, and I found it worked best for those to actually remove the guard/spacer attachment so I could get the blade very close. I spread the tops out on my low-pile-carpet bedroom floor while I worked with them, which was just about the right amount of padding. I did make one goof that resulted in a small hole, but it was my fault (got distracted) and I could repair it pretty well. There was plenty of battery life, but I did plug it into the charger for a minute so I could make sure you could use it while charging, which you could. The couple of times it lost a little zip turned out to be because it needed to be cleaned, which it did about every twenty minutes. Be sure when you clean that you realize there is also a big receptacle to empty in addition to the space behind the blades. I highly recommend this product and know I will use it many many times! Well worth the extra $$.

I bought this fabric shaver to remove the "pills" from one of my favorite sweaters, and it worked. Yay! This product helped to breathe new life into the sweater that looked simply old and raggedy. Same result on an old bra. Not so much on a thin cotton shirt. I doubt it would work on thin polyester fabrics. Overall I'm happy with this product and would recommend it.

I'm very pleased with this product so far. I received it today . I ordered it when I was washing an entire load of high end wool and cashmere sweaters and realized that many of them were badly pilled. My first thought was to sadly toss a few in to the Goodwill bin. I decided to order this product and see if I could revive them for one more season. Boy am I pleased! This gizmo made pretty quick work of de-pilling the first 3 sweaters. The 4th one was the worst, see photos. It had long stringy snaky friction pills under the arms as well as the all over small round type. While this did not tackle the reality long pills, I was able to work section by section, and hand pulling some that were 1 or 2" long all balled up, and refurbish the entire sweater. The worst sweater took about a 1/2 hour the other 3 took 15 minutes for all 3. I had one of these shavers before. It was much smaller and battery operated, I found it would only last for about 1 or 2 sweaters before it killed the battery. So I was specifically looking for one that was rechargeable. This one arrived almost fully charged and lasted for about 45 to 50 minutes of de-pilling and the charge light was still green when I finished. It worked when new. Used it once. Then a year later, charged it for two days, and it wouldn’t even turn on.

I bought this in hopes to get rid of all of the lint that had accumulated on my sofa the past 2 years from my dog and WOW did it exceed my expectations! Look at the difference it made. As you can see in the photo, the right side of the cushion was what my sofa looked like before using this product and the left side was after!!!! Also great for clothes, as you can see the before & after pics of some sweats. Great price and easy to use. So happy with my purchase, would highly recommend.

I bought this to get the little balls off my bra straps and off my sofa. It works really good and a much better option than buying new bras. And my sofa looks much better. This did die after 17 months, so that is disappointing.

this small battery operated furniture shaver is the best furniture ever I've ever used. It's small, but does a big job, came on time and works well. the battery life is amazing.

I purchased this to help revive some of my winter sweaters and winter coats. I have had spotty luck with 'sweater shavers' in the past, but was pleasantly surprised with this one. It has different 'levels' for high pile vs low pile sweaters. This different level is really just a washer that you twist to push the element further from the surface of your fabric, but this low tech solution definitely works and is nice to have vs other shavers that don't have an option.I've used it on very expensive wool coats, nice sweaters, and even revived old pyjama pants with it. One of my goals for 2020 is to buy less fast fashion and create less personal waste, this will help me keep my existing clothing items looking fresh for longer. I've had it for at least a month now without any issue.The only problem I've had falls under 'user error' - it chewed a hole in some pyjama pants because I was pressing a bit too hard and I didn't have the material pulled taught. I was rushing. If you don't press too hard and make sure the fabric surface you are shaving is pulled tight, you won't have to worry about damage to your clothes. I have even used this on $200 merino wool sweaters without issue. I had such a great experience with this thing that my best friend bought one when she heard how much I love mine.

Get this! I had no idea I need a sweater shaver until now. Gently gets rid of pilling on sweaters. Easy to charge.
