Whare do I start material all stock together sparkle falling of very poor quality more like a table runner

Lovely- in theory
I bought this for my aisle runner for my wedding. I couldn’t use it because the sequins were constantly falling off it and it kept catching on fabric so I knew my wedding dress would get stuck. Lovely to look at but just not practical.
