Took a couple days for me notice a difference. My vision seemed to improve. I take it alongside vitamin A, and I notice colors seem more vibrant which is great. Also, I typically zone out at work and the day goes by quicker. This supplement makes it more difficult to zone out. Is it a good thing or bad thing, I guess it depends on the situation. Seems to aid in faster processing mentally, which seems to increase efficiency. Not a stimulant. If used with self awareness, it is a very useful tool. If used and not interacting with it mentally, very subtle. If used, and interacting with it mentally, very interesting and noticeable. I wish it was mind of matter, though there is some validity to the law of attraction, this seems to me benefit me a lot. Side note, can make one seem rude in determination to "get it done", as I've noticed higher doses have me ignoring social interactions, even if socially awkward, to "get it done". Perhaps over focusing on efficiency, as it seems with the mindset of this particular nootropic.
