Paxcoo 0.8mm Elastic String, Stretchy Bracelet String Crystal String Bead Cord for Bracelet, Beading and Jewelry Making (120 m)

I bought to this to use in an unconventional/unintended manner - securing old railroad spikes to a foam core panel for a shadowbox display - it's holding up quite well so far. It's thick enough that I think it will hold the stress/weigh that I've put it under - it is very stretchy. Pulling it tight enough to knot it properly was easy enough to do and I did add a bit of adhesive to hold the knots securely. I tied a loop at the neck and about the last 1" or so of each spike and the same for the antique circus tent nail and O-ring. They are all cast iron so, it's a heavy load for plastic stretch cord. So far so good! Great value for the money and much better than fishing line. I highly recommend! I'll fix my neighbor's wind chimes next :)

I have made over 1000 bracelets with this PAXCOO string. It has really good elasticity and have had very few break (me pulling the knot too tight). It stands up well which makes it easier to string beads. It’s thick and durable I highly recommend.

This is the exact thickness and strength my granddaughter needed for her jewelry making, mostly stringing a large variety of beads.

I bought this for a beaded sun catcher. It worked very well, but know it’s a bit difficult to tie knots with due to the stretchy material. I had to wrap the string around an end bead in order to secure the knot due to its elasticity. Other than that, I found the string very durable and effective for my purpose.

My daughter has purchased this many times to make her jewelry. It works perfectly for her.
