I am very pleasantly satisfied with this purchase. First off, it's a gorgeous knife, easily the nicest looking factory-made knife I own. I buy a lot of hand-made custom knives, and this is the closest to them I've ever had. It arrived sharp enough to shave the hair off my arm, a common test when I get a new knife. This knife did not disappoint.This looks to be a partial-tang knife, and a large neodymium magnet would not stick to the handle, but it appears to be high quality and built strong. Would have been nice to have a little plastic sheath with it, but I knew it didn't come with one, so I'm not going to ding it for that. Just be advised, this knife is really sharp.

My wife uses this wonderful knife to cut up her parrot/birds food every day. She told me she wanted a much better knife than the one she currently uses. I found this kitchen knife and read the reviews. All reviews convinced me this was the one. I can not believe the superior quality of this knife. It feels great in your hand, and you know you are holding a high quality knife. She loves it and enjoys using it every day. The blade is beautiful and extremely sharp. Warning: please be extremely cautious while using this knife. We both are very happy with this purchase.

I have small hands. My spouse has big hands. The knife is perfect. Handle is great with grip, knife is SUBSTANTIAL and sharp, sharp, sharp. I love sharp knives, and this one almost intimidates me -) it's so sharp. I've cut frozen steaks, frozen chicken breasts, etc. and it's just simply such a nice instrument...not to mention how very pretty it is!

I purchased this knife for my sister as a holiday gift. It has been 6 months and she uses it daily and absolutely loves it! For the price you won't find better a better value vs performance.

This knife is sharp, like cut through the packaging sharp. Great knife but you may cut yourself if you are not careful.
