paint can bleed under the stencil
I used wall paint to these to paint paw prints on a wall. I was very careful to tape the stencil to the wall and use a barely-loaded foam paint brush, but paint still bled until the stencil, making the paw print outlines blurry.

Tgee Ed y worked great. I used them for painting rocks. The small one. But used the large with chalk on the sidewalk.
