I have been taking a different brand of peppermint oil for a while now, and when i saw NuuNutrition start doing them i immediately switched as NuuNutrition are my go to brand for tablets, they always have the best quality, they may be a little more expensive than others but you certainly get what you pay for in terms of quality.They are super tiny, and super easy to swallow! I was surprised with how small they were as the bottle is quite big, and with how small they are combined with the slippery gelatin shell they just slide right down. (See included photo for size reference)Noticeable improvements i noticed from taking these are as follows:(Main Reason i bought these are a few bullet points down, these first few are just surprise benefits that i got)Hair Health and Growth -I’ve noticed my hair feels more ‘fluffier’ and grows a lot better with hardly any split ends, also i find my head to be quite itchy a lot of the time because i heat style it everyday and i’ve noticed this itchiness has gone!Hair health isn’t really a well researched property of peppermint oil supplements as there isn't sufficient evidence to go on, but it certainly helped with me and that wasn’t even the reason i got these!Less Spots On My Face -What more is there to say? Bullet Point speaks for itself!Bad Breath? -This is a strange one, and one i didn’t expect, but if you think about it, it makes sense!And that is that in the morning my ‘morning breath’ is virtually non-existent.When i looked this up, because like i said it was quite strange so i had too, i found this:“Peppermint essential oil has antimicrobial activity. In cell culture, it inhibited the growth of four common oral pathogens. This improves oral healthThe peppermint plant also has an antibacterial effect. It helped kill and reduce the growth of various bacteriaAdditionally, peppermint oil increases salivation. Dry mouth can result in halitosis (bad breath)”But i don’t imagine people spend money and take time out of their days taking these for bad breath when you can just brush your teeth with minty toothpaste like a normal person haha.And now the reason i bought these -ENERGY BOOOOOST! -I also buy NuuNutrition’s Maca Root Capsules for this exact reason, because i work in a very busy/stressful job, im on my feet all day running around and carrying heavy things i need something to keep me going throughout the day, most people drink coffee and/or drink energy drinks but i don't like drinking either so i take these supplements as i also get a lot of other benefits from them, whereas coffee and energy drinks is just one, and that's a slight energy boost for a few hours before you then need to drink another, these are just take one in the morning after breakfast and is like slow releasing throughout the day.I also fell ill with the cold followed by a stomach bug while taking these (NOT BECAUSE OF THESE! Just want to point that out!) and they helped so much with that! Peppermint oil is known to help with:NauseaVomitingDiarrheaColdsCoughsInflammation of the mouth and throatI had all these symptoms while I was ill and these helped so so much! So even if you don’t want to buy some as a dietary supplement just buy some for your cupboard to take when you fall ill, you wont regret it I'm positive!I also let my brother take these too as peppermint oil is good for headaches and he suffers quite badly with them, and after taking painkillers most his life he’s become quite immune and they’re not as effective as they used to be, and after letting him take mine for a few weeks he said to me ‘They’ve changed my life’ and I’m so happy to have been able to do that for him, so if you suffer with headaches i highly recommend these to you! I just love it. Very small, easy to swallow and that freshness inside but not overpowering. Our family was using Lindens for long time but they was not for me I had heartburn after those and couldn’t stand that weird feeling in my throat so happy I found NU U Nutrition we had charcoal and other tablets from them in past but I forgot to order more and swapped to other brand. Testing many can say this is THE BEST ON THE MARKET! Help my bloated stomach , IBS problems and that wonderful minty delicate freshness! You have to try. One year bottle will last around 4 months for our whole family great value. Will definitely buy again and try their other products I do have charcoal and love it as well. Also fast delivery and long shelf lifetime. Thank you.

Helps my stomach, not feeling sick anymore. No side effects, I like peppermint anyway. A good product at a good price. Very small capsules, very good for anyone who doesn't like large capsules. I will look at the other products in the range to see what else I can benefit from.

If you are one of those that likes reading exhaustive reviews on pretty much everything, OCD-style, then - Stop Here. This is stuff is magic and its made my bowel so smooth to the point I wish there was one like this for my skin. Anyway, to the business bit - dead easy to swallow, calms bowels which misbehave, and it makes a visit to the loo as pleasant as a gentle massage. Cost wise - its a steal and at the dose of one a day, a jar of these goodies makes it feel like a bottomless cup of coffee. Give your tum a treat. Highly - but highly recommended

I've only been using peppermint oil capsules for a couple of weeks, the main reason for my purchase was to support my digestive system.I'm already finding less sensitivity to certain things, with no heartburn over the last few weeks.Nu I Nutrition has a fantastic quality to all of their produces, and I've been using them for various supplements for over 18 months now. I've never been even slightly disappointed with any product, their customer service is fantastic, and always responded to any emails I've sent, even if it's just to say yes I've received my delivery and thank you. I always get an answer that's genuinely interested.I cannot recommend this company or its products enough. Give peppermint oil a go, or anything gelse you may be thinking about.I know you'll be as impressed as I am. I will update this review in a month or so once I've had a longer time taking these capsules. I'm giving 5 stars as all of their other products are of the same high quality and I don't expect the peppermint oil capsules to be any less.

Yet another fantastic product from Nu U Nutrition! The soft gel capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste (as others have stated) and this is a huge plus point for me, as I have had to stop taking other brands in the past for that very reason. I am pleased to report that my stomach has calmed down considerably since taking these (I am beginning to have to watch what I eat more and more as I get older) and I don't get any bloating. Had I not been able to buy them at the introductory price, I would never have tried them!

I have been suffering from bloating and discomfort in my lower abdomen for some months and tried a number of over the counter medication without success until now. 👍I have only been taking these capsules for 5 days - one each morning and evening and surprised at the difference these made in such a short time.My bloating has lessened and the dull heavy feeling in my abdomen has improved significantly. I feel so much more comfortable and my clothes no longer feel as tight on this area.I do get a little heartburn but I can live with this.Aftertaste of mild peppermint but quite pleasant and keeps breath fresher.All in all- quite impressed.
