I'm a huge proponent of taking vitamins daily and C is among the most important. I caution you to not just go out and buy any old supplement. This vitamin C is not the cheapest on the market, which is a good thing. It's fine to go with discount products in many areas, but things you put in your body is NOT one of those areas. Many supplements and vitamins are loaded with all types of extra junk, or the quality of the target vitamin is often sub-par.Not the case with c-500...The ingredients are quality and it doesn't contain corn starch which can be a major issue if you have any sensitivity to corn as many people do. This is a great product that you should seriously consider if you're looking for a high quality, easy to swallow vitamin C supplement. I will buy again.

I am all about taking vitamin C when the weather gets cold. This product is easy to swallow and not as big as other ones I have taken. Another plus is that there is not a bad taste. It takes me a couple of seconds to swallow pills and I always end up tasting them. However, it is a vitamin and not a miracle pill. I was taking these for five days and still developed a horrible cold that is not going away. But, I still keep taking them!Update: I am all about honesty so I wanted to inform the reviewers that my "cold" ended up being a bacterial infection which no vitamin can prevent. So definitely give it a chance.
