Anygig AGE 24 frets/ 648mm Electric Guitar Full Scale Matte White With Bag

First off, I really wanted this product to work well as my travel guitar but have to provide an honest review. The product came from China, not well packed or protected. The product itself it NOT white as pictured but appears used or old. There are varying shades of whitish to yellowing like antique. The quality is poor. I have been playing guitar for over 30 years. This guitar does not stay in tune. It is not comfortable to play, I tried playing it sitting down without a strap and you need a third hand to hold it or press with your forearm/palm to keep it in place just to pick. I used a strap which due to the placement of the strap button and product shape caused the guitar to angle forward so that you cannot see the fret board. The fret board and neck feel fine, narrow, thin. There is no volume knob. The tuning keys stick you in the leg. I have requested a return about a week ago and the seller, SING F LTD requested photos for quality control, which I complied with, though very inconvenient. They then replied that they didn't receive the photos, so I sent the photos again via email and Amazon messaging. (my emails say they were received). Still waiting...

Needs a resting bar or something. I hate the tuning pegs. Looks great and very light. Does the job. Mine isn't tuning properly and needs to be set or something.

It's kind of awkward to hold, to me, it's harder to play than a regular guitar
