DC input works, AC input having problems with
As mentioned, I've been able to get this working with a DC input, but when trying with an Agilent pulse generator, that's when I begin to have issues. I've yet to attach this to my gate driver and cap bank to see if the Agilent just doesn't have enough juice, but it was good enough to verify system functionality at low frequency. I'd be very skeptical of the ns rise time offered in the description for a device that doesn't have a proper datasheet...

Please use caution.
For those of you who don't know, this type of laser light is invisible and therefore extremely dangerous. It could bounce off something and hit you in the eye without you even realizing it, potentiality causing unjury. Normally if a bright light is shined into the eye, the pupils will immediately constrict and you will look away. This will not happen with infrared lasers. The body will not react to it, therefore high risk of injury. This is not a toy. Please use extreme caution. That is all.
