The Waltons: The Complete Fifth Season [DVD] [2012] [Region 1] [NTSC]

Ok, this is the season where so many changes are to take Place. John Boy is going, and his contract for the serie has ended this serie, but, he'll come in some episodes. Now there's Mary Ellen with a baby. The 1930's are well depicted in this serie and now it's nearing WW II and the serie gets more suspense because well, it affect Waltons mounntain. I didn't see all the episodes. Frankly, not even one, but did gaze at the few minutes of any episode, and read quite bit on them. The serie has great guest stars, some from Happy Days, at previous season. in this season John Ritten also appears(he did appear on 4th as well). This season witnessing the kids grow up and experience mroe Things. Well, just recommending highly this DVD and I purchase NeXT too...I had to give it a 5 stars!

My wife like the Waltons so ordered this dvd which I had to buy from America. as it seems there are only limited volumes of this series available here in England. so, if you like the Waltons you will have to order parts of the rest of this t.v. series from America. make sure you have a Multi-Regional DVD player to playback American DVD's that are region 1.

I am fortunate to have a multi-region dvd player so was able to purchase this item. I am sad that it will not be available to play in the UK unless customers have a multi-region player as this means I cannot purchase it for other family members who do not own such a player. It did arrive quickly and in good condition.

got for someone as a present as he has always wanted the 9 complete seasons we are on our way he loves them. looking forward to buying the next seasons great
